Rest In Peace, Mitch Lucker: 1984-2012

Suicide Silence frontman Mitch Lucker passed away early Thursday morning following a motorcycle accident.

A statement from the band reads:

There’s no easy way to say this. Mitch passed away earlier this morning from injuries sustained during a motorcycle accident. This is completely devastating to all of us and we offer our deepest condolences to his family. He will be forever in our hearts.

R.I.P. Mitchell Adam Lucker – We Love You Brother

I’d like to pass our condolences on to the family, friends, and bandmates of Mitch Lucker at this difficult time. While I did not know Mitch, many friends and acquaintances had the chance to perform and tour with Mitch and Suicide Silence.

Tooth & Nail Signs The Wedding

Tooth & Nail Records has signed The Wedding. The band’s new album, No Direction, is set for a September 25 release. Consisting of 12 tracks, No Direction was produced by Jasen Rauch (Breaking Benjamin) at Harker House Studios in Springfield, TN and features a guest vocal appearance by Dan Marsala of The Story Of The Year.

A deluxe edition will also be released alongside the 12 track standard album, featuring three exclusive bonus tracks. The album was produced by Mark Trombino (Jimmy Eat Word, Blink 182) and features a duet with Mark Hoppus.
